Nathan Knight is a human capital professional with more than six years of progressive experience in human resources and talent management. He is a Manager with Deloitte Consulting LLP, where he provides talent strategy, organization design, and change management solutions across industries and leads the Diversity & Inclusion service offering.
Through local and national leadership roles in GLOBE (Deloitte’s LBGT Business Resource Group), he has become increasingly involved in community organizations and activities such as the AGLCC Board of Directors, Atlanta Human Rights Campaign Dinner Committee, Kennesaw State University’s LGBTQ Summit and “Out at Work” panel, and Atlanta AIDS Walk.
He has also coordinated networking and recruiting efforts at the Reaching Out MBA conference and delivered workshops on social networking, personal branding, and building an executive level diversity course at the national Out & Equal Workplace Summits.
Previously, he worked at The Home Depot gaining cross-functional exposure and human resources expertise over four years. After completing their Business Leadership Program, he was promoted to Division Learning Project Manager, responsible for learning strategy and execution of training programs in over 700 stores in the northeast and midwest. Additionally, he participated in a divisional Diversity & Inclusion Council and supported the launch of the LGBT employee network.
Nathan is originally from Massachusetts, and moved to Atlanta in 2003 shortly after graduating from Babson College with a B.S. in Business Management.
