MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE: Charged with membership retention and recruitment. Identifies member benefits and as such develops and plans accordingly to offer members activities and programs to enhance their membership in AGLCC. This also includes our Ambassador Program, which helps assimilate members into our organization for their best possible success.

PROGRAMS COMMITTEE: This committee plans all WOW Wednesday as well as 4th Fridays, and encourages social interaction among the membership.

PUBLIC RELATIONS / MARKETING COMMITTEE: Places external news releases and utilizes opportunities at community events to advertise AGLCC's presence. Interfaces with community publications on behalf of AGLCC. Creates and administers yearly advertising budget.

DIRECTORY COMMITTEE: Oversees and plans the Association's Directory. Sets goals and objectives to be met for the production of the yearly Resource Directory. Sets policy, pricing, format and production of the yearly Resource Directory .

CORPORATE OUTREACH COMMITTEE: This committee focuses on wo rking with local Atlanta Corporations and their employees - whether it be their GLBT employee groups, ones wanting to start GLBT groups or those looking to ma rketing to the GLBT community. This works serves as a central point for all of these individual groups to connect to - allowing for benchma rking and continued advocacy.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH: Works with other GLBT and non-GLBT non-profits and groups on collaboration and increased exposure for each of the groups. This includes not only participation, but also sponsorship, etc.

AWARDS DINNER: This committee is responsible for planning and organizing AGLCC's Annual Business and Community Awards dinner in accordance to guidelines set by the Board.

SPONSORSHIP COMMITTEE: This committee focuses on obtaining corporate sponsorships of AGLCC programs and activities. Wo rks with the entire Board to make AGLCC known in the wider Business Community.

SPECIAL EVENTS: This committee is responsible for planning and organizing AGLCC's Annual Specials events and decided by the Board. This includes, but is not limited to the Business Expo, Pride, etc.
